All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock or if there is an error in pricing. Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery or M-Pesa.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control such as weather or traffic. Delivery fees will be communicated before order confirmation.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+254 742 200177) with your order number and photos. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your M-Pesa number.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, quality of products sold, and timely fulfillment of orders. Starlux reserves the right to remove listings or suspend seller accounts that violate our policies.
Users may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to sell counterfeit or illegal goods, to harass other users, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

Starlux Royal One Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products purchased through it.
